Chaya is General Counsel for MajorKey Technologies, a PE backed leading global technology focused on cloud-enabled digital transformation.  Prior to her role at MajorKey, Chaya was an M&A attorney at Miles & Stockbridge. Chaya is an accomplished deal maker and trusted legal advisor with broad-based experience negotiating M&A transactions and advising high-growth companies.

While in law school, Chaya founded The JWE and continues to lead its board of directors. Prior to attending law school, Chaya worked as a financial analyst for a global investment firm.

 

As a teen, Chaya ran a successful business of her own- a conglomerate of creative arts camps in Cleveland, Ohio where she managed a 17-person staff and a quarter of a million dollar budget. Her journey as a young entrepreneur inspired her to launch The JWE.

 

Chaya is married and has 3 young children in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition to her work with The JWE, Chaya sits on the boards of the OU Impact Accelerator and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore. Chaya’s achievements are recognized by many: she is the recipient of the Touro Service Award, was named to the Daily Record’s “Twenty in their Twenties” list, and was chosen as a Forward 50. Most notably, she has been crowned by her children as a “Lego Master,” which she deems to be her best accomplishment.
