Inna is a dynamic and innovative global leader who shapes how brands tell stories through emerging media platforms and channels. Inna leads a successful Marketing Consulting practice where she uses her diverse background in Communication Planning, Media Strategy & Brand Marketing to define how business, brands and customers interact to build integrated marketing solutions.

Most recently, Inna lead Integrated Marketing Communication for J&J’s Johnson’s Baby responsible for developing global marketing campaigns to drive J&J into the world of compelling, integrated, multi-format communications.

Prior, Inna lead Global Marketing at BabyCenter,where she developed successful marketing programs across BabyCenter’s 14 global markets. Her responsibilities included the creation and execution of strategic media and marketing solutions that leveraged  BabyCenter’s leading content, social, email, video and mobile platforms. She also spearheaded BabyCenter’s industry-leading 21st Century Mom® insights programs across the US, Canada, European, Asian and Latin American markets to educate marketers on the habits and trends of modern motherhood.

Prior to BabyCenter, Inna was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia where she was responsible for leading Creative Services, Research and Marketing Communications to position MSLO as a cross-platform media leader. Previously, Inna was VP of Marketing at iVillage Networks leading cross-platform marketing solutions and rebranding efforts for the site.

Before joining iVillage, Inna spent nearly a decade at Time Warner, serving in a variety of marketing roles from publishing at Time Inc. to heading Solution Development for AOL.

Inna’s leadership and innovative approach to marketing have been recognized within the industry with numerous awards and honors. Inna holds a BA in English from Brooklyn College and lives in Long Island with her husband and three daughters
